Lead cleaning teams, handle complex jobs, and train new recruits. 5+ years experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 cleaners on residential and commercial projects
- Perform high-level deep cleaning tasks including carpet and upholstery care
- Train junior staff on Clean Papi standards and protocols
- Manage on-site client communication and ensure 100% satisfaction
- Maintain and organize company equipment and vehicles
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional cleaning experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Company vehicle provided)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Residential Cleaner
Deliver sparkling results for our clients. No experience needed - just a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard and deep cleaning for residential homes
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure quality consistency
- Work independently or in pairs to complete jobs efficiently
- Travel between job sites (transit-friendly routes available)
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with clients
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Access to reliable transportation (car is a plus but not required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Available to work at least 3 days a week
